100% Grenache
This vibrant red juice was drawn off of the crushed red grapes in the traditional saignee method. It is fermented cold in a stainless steel tank This is a restrained, dry Rosado. Its perfume is subtle, slightly floral with undertones of spice, citrus and stone fruit. Drink it all year long, on the patio or by the solo stove.
